Distribution of free text books

Parents/ Students

Children should be admitted to the nearest primary school in time
The Upazila Education Officer ensured the distribution of books at the scheduled time as per the demand and availability of the school. The distribution account has to be immortalized / saved in the specified registrar and a report in this regard has to be sent along with the District Primary Education Officer.

Formation  of SMC and PTA
 
If anyone wants to be a candidate, he has to apply in writing to the headmaster of the concerned school. 

The committee should be formed as per the instructions and policies.

Take initiative before the expiration of the term of the committee

Preparation of stipend list

 

Children should be admitted to the nearest primary school in time.
Stipends have to be provided in accordance with this contagious policy by making proper list.

Teachers

Applications have to be submitted to the concerned Upazila Education Office by March 31.
In case of application, emergency action is taken as per the rules and it is sent along with DPEO.

The application must be submitted with the following documents: 1. SSC / School Leaving Certificate 2. LPC 3. First appointment letter 4. Job ledger 5. Certificate of leave.
UEO will send the relevant application to DPEO and notify the applicant.

Disposal of pension case / application
Teacher / Staff
The following documents have to be submitted:
1. Application form for receiving pension in the prescribed form (3 copies) Certificate of all educational qualifications 3. Full job description 4. Appointment letter 5. Letter of promotion (if applicable) 6. If you have been employed in the development sector, a copy of all the orders to transfer to the revenue sector 6. Job ledger 7. Passport size 6 (six) copies attested photo 9. Citizenship certificate 10. Certificate with five fingerprints 13. Sample signature 14. Bank account number 15. Employment Assistance Infected Order 16. Certificate of Selection of Heirs 17. Explicit written certificate to the effect that there are no audit objections and departmental cases. Copy of Retirement Preparatory Leave (LPR) Order.

Family pension
The following documents have to be submitted:
1. You have to apply for pension in the prescribed form (3 copies). Death certificate 3. Appointment letter 4. Promotion letter (if applicable) 5. Educational Qualifications 6. If you have a job in the development sector, a copy of all the orders in the revenue sector. Job ledger 7. Full job description 9. Certificate of citizenship
10. Heir / heir certificate 11. Certificate of salary until the day of death 12. Passport size 6 (six) copies attested photo 13. Sample signature 14. Powers of successors / heirs 15. If you are a widow, do not remarry. No Navipatra 
16. Last Salary Certificate (LPC) 16. Bank account number.
Within 15 (fifteen) working days of receipt of the application, all the documents have to be selected and sent along with the jeeprachio and the concerned applicant has to be informed.

Disposal of application for loan from GPF

You have to apply with updated Account Slip in the prescribed form.
In the time specified in Column 6, it should be sent along with Japrasio and the concerned applicant should be informed.

Disposal of application for final withdrawal from GPF

Must be submitted with the following documents: 1. Audit Manual Form No. 63 (counter-signed by the Head of Office) Certificate of authorization by the concerned accounting officer LPR grant order 4. Death certificate in case of dead person 5. Representative / Nominee Certificate. . Promise not to remarry if widowed.

Home loan and similar application settlement

he following documents have to be submitted:
1. Application form in the prescribed form. Pledge 3. Pledge to the extent that you have not done a loan before. Certificate in the form prescribed by RAJUK or similar / relevant / appropriate (where applicable) authority 5. Opinions of government prosecutors / lawyers 6. Copy of ledger of naming / rejection (mutation) 6. Land Development Tax / Rent Payment Submission / Receipt

Delivery along with Japrasio must be confirmed within the time specified in Clause 7 and the concerned applicant must be informed.

Disposal of application for permission on the basis of passport

The application form has to be submitted to the office of UEO by filling the prescribed form.
Send along with DPEO and inform the concerned applicant within the time specified in Clause 7.

Disposal of foreign travel / transit contagious application
Officers / staff and teachers
In the case where applicable, in the prescribed form and in other cases, on a white paper, a written application should be made to the office at UEO.

Allowing participation in higher examinations

Must apply in writing.

If applicable, a written application should be made to the office of UEO on the prescribed form and in other cases on white paper.

 Disposal of teachers transfer application (within the upazila)

You have to apply according to the relevant guidelines along with UEO.
Accept transfers where applicable; But if it is not possible according to the existing policy, the applicant has to be informed.

Disposal of Teacher Transfer Application (Out of Upazila)

Teachers

The application should be submitted along with the following documents:
1. Attested copy of the first five pages of the employment ledger. Attested copy / photocopy of appointment 3. Proof of first joining / copy 4. Proof of Nikahnama (in case of women).

 

The proposal (pros / cons) must be sent along with the Japrasio within the time specified in Clause 6 and the concerned applicant must be informed.

Necessary documents should be submitted / submitted along with UNO.
Send along with DPEO within the time specified in Clause 6 and inform the concerned applicant.

You have to fill up the prescribed form by 31st January and submit it to UEO.
Confirm the submission / sending to the counter-signing officer / DPEO by signing the completed form within the period mentioned in clause 7.
